Instructions:┬áHob – From Ambient – Stovetop Instructions: 1 Boil 3 quarts of water for each 12 oz of whole wheat noodles; if desired, add 1 tsp. salt. 2 Add whole wheat noodles and return to a boil. 3 Cook uncovered approximately 7-9 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally. Avoid overcooking. 4 Remove from heat and drain.
